Dear Lord God, I know I am a sinner. I confess with my mouth that I believe Jesus Christ shed his blood on the cross, and died for my sins. Forgive me now, and fill me with your Holy Spirit. I accept Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of my life. I turn my life over to you, dear Lord, and thank you for this gift of salvation. Help me to lead a life that's pleasing to you from this day onwards. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen. Acts 22:16, "And now why are you waiting? Arise, and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord."
